Position:  Technical Project Manager

Description:  You will be responsible for delighting customers; you will be an ambassador for the customer.

You will manage all aspects of technical projects. 

This includes:

  • Capturing, understanding and validating business requirements from customers. 

  • Reviewing business requirements with a Solution Architect and understanding how the business requirements are mapped to their respective technical solution counterpart. 

  • Compiling project plans, timelines, weekly status reports and other essential project management artifacts.

  • Daily stand-up meetings with your team.

  • Assigning tasks to your team and daily monitoring of each task you have assigned:  ensuring the task execution stays within allotted time, scope and satisfies the requirement. 

  • Understanding and helping your team overcome challenges when working on tasks. 

  • Communicating good and bad news to the customer in a timely fashion.

  • Communicate, capture and document out-of-scope items that come up during the life-cycle of a project. 

  • Keeping the project on time, within scope and within budget.
